Description:


AFSC/PZIOC Infrastructure Support Branch, Robins AFB, GA will have an opportunity in the near future for an Architect and Engineering Services (A-E) follow-on IDIQ. A Broad Agency Announcement will be made regarding this requirement; this is not a solicitation. The requirement will be a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The government reserves the right to further select to a socio-economic set aside if deemed appropriate by the time of solicitation.


Work consists of providing all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies, transportation and coordination required for the completion of all Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firm supported projects for multi-discipline construction projects. This project is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for A&E services at Robins AFB.


The period of performance and Magnitude: The combined maximum contract amount of the IDIQ will be no more than $50 million over 5 years. The period of performance is anticipated to be 60 months (5 12-month ordering periods). The guaranteed minimum contract amount will be $2,000. Individual task orders will vary in size and complexity. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541330 with a small business size standard of $25.5 Million.


The successful contractor(s) will be selected based on the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) request for SF330’s. The BAA will identify the submission requirements and evaluation criteria once posted.


Note: All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). Based on contractor compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), CMMC LEVEL 2 is required. All firms or individuals responding must be LEVEL 2, prior to award. The entire BAA will posted on the web site at https://beta.sam.gov/. Paper copies will not be available. Once the BAA is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.


The Government anticipates releasing the BAA in mid-June 2026 to early July 2026.
