The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to:



Update CLIN 0001 description:


FROM: FY26 L6TE36_Range 4 Modernization. Rehosting of the Indoor Compact Antenna Range (ICAR) 4 System and to procure ICARMS #4 upgrades as a turn key operation.


TO: FY26 L6TE36_Range 4 Modernization. Rehosting of the Indoor Compact Antenna Range (ICAR) 4 Syste, and to procure ICARMS #4 upgrades as a turn key operation in accordance with Purchase Description dated 17 April 2026. 


All others terms and conditions shall remain uchanged.





This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation issued. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number FA857126Q0076 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Robins AFB Range 4 Modernization. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.
