*The purpose of this amendment is to attach the SF1449 Solicitation-FA850126Q00270002 form and extend the solicitation until 27 May at 4:00PM EST. Contractors will use this form when providing their quotation.


The contractor shall be responsible for identifying the necessary labor, logistical require-ments, configuration requirements, and integration requirements for all system components required to successfully execute the equipment, install, and maintenance. Assemblies, framework, fixtures or appa-ratus not readily identified on plans, or this Statement of Work shall be provided by the Contractor as re-quired for a complete and fully successful after-market key lock installation. The purpose of the key lock system is to enhance the security of the facility by upgrading the locking mechanisms on all private rooms and office doors. To implement a new access control system that is both reliable and user-friendly. To procure and install a complete and function system, including all necessary hardware, software, and ac-cessories.


As prescribed in 32.706-1(a), Availability of Funds (Apr1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
