English Title: QUTOIT24, Standing Offer Agreement for Roof Construction Supervision and Inspection Services English Description: Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” the following professional services at Canadian Forces Bases Valcartier, Saint-Jean, Bagotville, and Montréal, Québec Province: Supervision for roof construction and repair works managed by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND). Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the proponent with the highest total score. The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $ 260,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $260,000.00 for each additional period. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 5,000.00 and $ 50,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 75,000.00. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.
