The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Roof Leakage Inspection and Repair. This contract is for the inspection and repair of roof leaks at four residential properties of the U.S. Embassy in Windhoek, Namibia. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and consumables required to complete the roof leakage inspection and repairs at four residential properties. 


All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.


The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. 


The Government has planned a pre-quotation conference. The date and relevant details of the conference are specified in the solicitation document.
