Dear Prospective Offeror: May 4, 2026
Subject: Request for Quotation 191N6526Q0050 – Supply and installation of metal corrugated skin on top of existing metal roofing of swing space building complete with labor and material in U S Embassy New Delhi,
India.
Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for supply and installation of Second Skin above PUF Panels. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section–J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in para 4 below.
Prospective offerors wishing to participate in the site visit scheduled for May 8, 2026, at 1100 hours at the U.S. Embassy (Gate ‘C’, Chandragupt Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021) must send their confirmation to Xrajender@state.gov no later than 1200 hours on May 6, 2026, as those who do not attend the site visit will not be considered for the solicitation process.
Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0050 for supply and installation of metal corrugated skin on top of existing metal roofing”. The approximate area is 11,000 square feet, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
No quotations shall be accepted after 1400 hrs. (India Time) of May 19, 2026. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than Newdelhibids@state.gov shall be rejected and dealt in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. The Government reserves the right to reject quotations that are unreasonably low or high in price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. Section A, Pricing
2. Section K Representations and Certifications
3. Additional information as required in Section J
4. Proof of SAM Registration
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer. If the Contractor was unable to register prior to award, the contractor shall be registered in SAM within 30 days after award or before three days prior to submission of the first invoice, whichever occurs first.
Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to start registration in SAM immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
