Roof Replacement – Design Build, Agassiz Research and Development Centre, Agassiz, BC Description: The roof of Building 20 at the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Agassiz site, was installed in 1996 and has been leaking for several years. In recent years the leaking has gotten worse and is impacting the interior of the building. The work generally consists of the removal of the existing roofing as well as the design, supply, and installation of new standing seam metal roofing on Building 20 at the Agassiz Research and Development Centre, 6947 Highway #7, Agassiz, BC. The new roof shall have a minimum 30 year service life with leak free performance. MANDATORY SITE VISIT There will be a mandatory site visit on July 18, 2023 at 10:00 AM (Local Agassiz Time). Interested bidders are to meet at the Agassiz Research and Development Centre, main reception area and sign in prior to assessing the building. Construction Time: All work must be completed and ready for use by the client is on or before March 31, 2024.
