This is a Sources Sought notice for informational and planning purposes only. It is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) and does not commit the United States Government to a contract. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and all submissions become Government property. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

Requirement:
The 911th Airlift Wing at Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station is seeking sources for the procurement of construction cost estimating software access, RS Means Online or equivalent. Contractor shall include all necessary access methods for three (3) accounts that can be used simultaneously for access to cost estimating software, RS Means Online or equivalent. Cost estimating software must be Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Masterformat or equivalent based. Software shall use up-to-date and reliable construction estimating date to develop accurate project budgets and validate costs based on our location. Software shall be convenient and intuitive to our squadron and fit the needs and abilities of different users. Contractor shall provide helpdesk support for any and all access issues. Ensure all helpdesk operators and technicians associated with this contract speak clear and unbroken English. Ensure that a technician provides a response within 24 hours if a helpdesk operator is not available. Contractor shall work with any and/or all Pittsburgh ARS offices to ensure access or software is accessible on government networks. Contractor shall work with any and/or all Pittsburgh ARS offices to ensure that all systems meet PCI and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) requirements as applicable.
The Period of Performance for this Contract is : One (1) base year and four (4) option years.
