The Province invites interested suppliers to submit Responses to qualify for a Standing Arrangement with the Province, on substantially the same terms and conditions in Appendix A, under which the Province intends to purchase pillows, pillowcases, bed sheets, blankets, and towels (i.e., the Goods) for British Columbia Corrections (BCC).The Goods are to be provided on an as, if and when requested basis and no representations, commitments or guarantees are made with respect to the timing, number or value of Orders that may be requested from the Contractor over the term. A Standing Arrangement established pursuant to this RSA does not confer an exclusive right to provide the Goods to the Province. The Province reserves the right to procure the Goods by any other means, including use of other agreements, or by other procurement or contracting methods.The Province intends to enter into a Standing Arrangement with the top highest scoring Respondent who meets all mandatory criteria, mandatory qualification criteria and minimum scores, if any. The term of the Standing Arrangement is anticipated to commence in September 2026 for an initial term of two (2) years. The Standing Arrangement will contain an option to extend whereby the Province reserves the right, at its sole option, to extend the Standing Arrangement for up to five (5) additional one-year periods.
