U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award a sole source procurement to RSA, The Security Division of EMC, 174 Middlesex Turnpike, Bedford, MA 01730. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain technical engineering support from RSA. This support includes the installation and customization of RSA Deployment Manager and RSA ACE Bulk Administration tools that CBP has previously purchased from RSA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Notwithstanding, any interested firm that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement stated herein may submit written qualifications, which if received within 5 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Interested firms shall provide detailed information outlining their capabilities - any response failing to provide the aforementioned data will be disregarded. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
