The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston intends toissue solicitation N65236-08-R-0150 as a sole source non-commercial contractpursuant to FAR 15 to Total Immersion Software Inc., 1080 Marina Village PkwySuite 205, Alameda, CA 94501-5318. This RealWorld Simulation Toolkit Platform Integration procurement, usingproprietary source codes from the Realworld Simulation Toolkit Platform projectwith the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency (DARPA), provides highlyspecialized technical services required toprovide support for the warfighters both afloat and on land in the areas ofmission planning and rehearsal, training, and after-mission review to improveand refine warfighters decision-making through analysis of various potentialCourses of Action (COA). Additionally,this efforts include generation of highly realistic immersive 3-Drepresentations of the air/land/sea mission space from ISR data for anytactical environment as well as step by step representations of interiors andexteriors of buildings and structures from sourceimages.
