Full Description

The U.S. Army Installation Contracting Command, 4118 Susquehanna Ave., Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD., intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 and under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the agencys requirements. This award is to procure HFATS software development, installation and service; LFATS software, modified HFAT; Q262 software development, installation and service. The software to be purchased must match existing software for compatibility and testing requirements. The software is developed by Mink Hollow Systems, Inc, 120 Ashton Road, Ashton, MD, 20861. All responses received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
