The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) FAR 6.302-2 Urgent and Compelling need. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to Potomac Landscaping Enterprise, Incorporated, Fort Washington, MD 20745. This requirement is for Inside Plant Maintenance Services for Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). This action will result in a three month period of performance extension to a Firm-Fixed Price contract, commencing on 1 October 2010.
