The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-14-R-0123 for the following service: The intent of an awarded contract shall be to perform grounds maintenance at Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield, IL. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies and on-site supervision required to perform "Raise, Realign, Reset & Clean" upright headstones and to perform ground surface renovation/re-establish turf at Camp Butler National Cemetery, 5063 Camp Butler Rd, Springfield, IL 62707 covering the period of 14 months from Date of Award. Camp Butler is a National Shrine and the standards of maintenance and appearance at this cemetery must reflect this nation's concern for those interred there. For this reason, the contractor's strict adherence to the contract specifications is required and essential. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules and drawings. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 812220. Size standard is $19.0 Million.
