9930--Manufacture, Supply, and Distribute Flat Bronze Markers
Solicitation # 36C78626R0104
Solicitation 36C78626R0104 is a HUBZone small business set-aside for a single-award IDIQ contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration. The contract covers the manufacture, supply, and worldwide distribution of sand-cast flat bronze markers, with estimated quantities ranging from 10,000 to 225,000 units. The performance period consists of a base year from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2028, with two subsequent option years, not to exceed a total duration of three years. Deliveries are required F.O.B. Destination within 20 calendar days of order issuance. Technical specifications require markers to adhere to strict dimensional tolerances of plus or minus 1/8 inch, with a maximum deflection of 1/16 inch for warping. All markers must have PROPERTY OF THE US GOVERNMENT permanently cast into the bronze in 1/2-inch-tall letters on the reverse side. Hardware must include 18-gauge stamped reinforced brass washers. The award will be made to the responsible offeror determined to be most advantageous based on price, technical capability, and past performance. The evaluation process is sequential, where the government first evaluates the lowest-priced offer and then assesses a bronze sample manufactured in the production facility; an unacceptable sample rating results in immediate elimination. Payment requests must be submitted electronically via the VA's Invoice Presentment and Payment System or X12 EDI formats.
