The Space Development Agency (SDA) requests proposals for its Sabre Other Transactions solicitation. SDA seeks industry solutions for a payload system that will add multiple new mission capability demonstrations to the NExT constellation. The payload system will deliver three (3) independent functional capabilities, collectively referred to as the Sabre payload. While SDA anticipates these three functions to integrate in a single, multi-function unit, it is acceptable to deliver these capabilities as multiple single-function units. These three functions are not required to operate simultaneously. Details of the Sabre payload functions are as follows: Collecting and relaying telemetry from Vehicles Under Test (VUTs) on U.S. missile test ranges Alternative pointing, navigation, and timing (S-NAV/ALTNAV) Tactical Electronic Support (ES) This solicitation is for the design, development, fabrication, integration, test, and delivery of three (3) Sabre flight payloads including support for integrating these payloads with NExT SVs and operating and sustaining them for future mission demonstrations. The Sabre solicitation is attached. To receive Attachment 1 (Statement of Work and Technical Requirements Document), Attachment 2 (Schedule or Milestones and Payments), and the Sabre Bidder's Library please send an email to contact@example.gov with the subject line - SDA Sabre Solicitation Attachment Requests. Please include your organization's CAGE code and address in your request. Requests received from organizations that do not possess a facility clearance of at least Secret will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. SDA will endeavor to respond to all requests in the order that they are received. Any Offerors that previously requested documents for the draft solicitation will receive the final solicitation documents and do not need to request them.

Performance Enhanced Real-time Ground Environment (PEREGRINE) Sentry
Solicitation # SDA-SN-26-0016
The Space Development Agency is seeking capable sources for the Performance Enhanced Real-time Ground Environment (PEREGRINE) Sentry effort to support the resilient missile warning and tracking mission. The objective is to evolve the current PWSA ground segment into a secure, multi-tenant common development environment and a loosely-coupled, Modular Open Systems Architecture compliant ground segment framework. The selected lead platform integrator will be responsible for managing the software ecosystem framework lifecycle, ingesting third-party application developer capabilities, and executing a low-risk legacy capability transition under a strict do no harm paradigm. Technical requirements emphasize expertise in Hybrid Cloud, DevSecOps, Multi-Level Security, and Model-Based Systems Engineering, with the production phase utilizing a hub-and-spoke architecture spanning Commercial Cloud Enterprise resources and on-premises capabilities at Ops Centers. The anticipated acquisition strategy begins with an 18-month firm-fixed-price Other Transaction Agreement prototype contract focused on developing the cloud-native framework and environment. This may be followed by a production contract consisting of a three-year base period and two three-year option periods. Prime contractors must maintain a Top Secret facility clearance and are subject to potential Organizational Conflict of Interest restrictions, which may preclude them from developing mission applications integrated into the ecosystem. Responses to this sources sought notice, which are for informational purposes and not a formal solicitation, are due by October 30, 2026, and must be limited to thirteen pages excluding the cover page.
