Information Technology Laboratory Commercial Solutions Openings (CSO)
Solicitation # W912HZ26SC006
The Engineer Research and Development Center’s Information Technology Laboratory is soliciting innovative products, services, and technologies through a Commercial Solutions Opening authorized under 10 U.S.C. 3458, treating all submissions as commercial items regardless of whether they are commercially available. This open-continuous solicitation, active for one year from May 20, 2026, targets areas including integrated digital transformation, advanced computing, secure and resilient systems, and data-driven decision-making to support defense and civil works missions. Solutions may include existing but underutilized technologies that enhance mission capabilities, and while no specific funding is guaranteed at the time of submission, individual program requirements posted under this CSO will outline desired outcomes, funding profiles, and deadlines. All awards will be firm-fixed price, and the government reserves the right to use commercial procedures under FAR Part 12 or other appropriate FAR parts, including potential prototype agreements under 10 U.S.C. 2371b. Participants from universities and non-profits must recognize that commercial contract clauses will apply and should consult legal counsel before submitting. The point of contact for inquiries is Christy Love, and all details including submission guidelines are available at the ERDCWERX website. The procurement is conducted on a full and open basis, welcoming proposals from any eligible entity, with no distinction made between commercial and non-commercial entities in terms of eligibility, though contractual terms will be rooted in commercial practices.
