Salisbury Christian School is seeking proposals for a Category 2 funding project to modernize its campus wireless infrastructure during the summer of 2026. The project involves replacing existing Ruckus access points with approximately 22 Aruba AP-615 and 6 Aruba AP-635 units, or equivalents, across several campus buildings including the Nehemiah Center, Founders Hall, Auld Annex, and the Early Learning Center. The scope of work includes the installation of roughly 300 feet of cabling and the implementation of Aruba Central cloud-management licenses for up to five years. A critical requirement is the integration of Aruba Central Cloud Authentication with the school's Google Workspace for Education Plus domain to enable seamless WPA3-Enterprise 802.1X authentication without the need for an on-premise RADIUS server. Bidders must direct all inquiries and proposals to the technical contact, Brent Wilhelm, via email. Proposals should utilize the Service Provider Invoice funding method and provide detailed line-item pricing for equipment, licenses, configuration, cabling, and labor. Qualified vendors must possess a current SPIN and provide verification of their Form 473. The school will keep the bidding process open for at least 28 days, and all submissions must clearly separate eligible and ineligible E-Rate products and services while ensuring the Lowest Corresponding Price is provided.
