This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1282CS19Q0008 and is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. This requirement is solicited as a Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns (Total Small Business Set-Aside) under NAICS code 541720, Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities with a U. S. Small Business Administration size standard of $20.5 million. Wage Decision WD 15-5435 Rev. 9 for Dolores County CO will apply to this acquisition.
