Full Description

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Housing and Urban Development, Office of Insepctor General (HUD-OIG) intends to award a purchase order to Personable, Inc., on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for ScanWriter license and monthly maintenance for a one year base period and two option years. Personable, Inc. is the sole owner and has full right and title to license of the software package " No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later than Friday, 12:00 Noon ET, September 11, 2015. Responses shall be submitted to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, Attention AJohnson/MGardner. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
