Scheduling Portal Solution for Health Care Interpreters

The State of Oregon, through the Oregon Health Authority, is soliciting proposals for a scalable, web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) scheduling portal for Health Care Interpreters. The primary objective is to consolidate the scheduling process, allowing health care providers to manage the entire workflow directly through the portal while integrating with the State's MMIS and other systems to support claims submission. The solution must handle an estimated annual volume of 200,000 to 400,000 encounters and comply with strict security standards, including NIST SP 800-53 and the State of Oregon's Level 3 Information classification. The project includes professional services for implementation, data migration, and ongoing operations and maintenance. The estimated budget for implementation and the first year of operations is 1.5 million dollars, with the state requesting total cost of ownership projections for a five-year operating period.
