SEAL COAT PAVEMENT IN MAINTENANCE AREA

FY26 Seal Coat Pavement in Maintenance Area at Shiloh National Military Park.

The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Shiloh National Military Park.

It is the intent contract is to provide all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary for all work pertaining to the seal coating (fog seal) of asphaltic concrete inside the Maintenance Compound at Shiloh National Military Park.

Please see the Statement of Work for more details.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237310. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract.

**A highly suggested site visit is scheduled for August 26th, 2026 at 1:00PM CT located at 1055 Pittsburg Landing Road, Shiloh, Tennessee. **

The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience.

Bidders must be able to provide a registered UEI# and references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
