In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Pursuant to FAR Part 13, the Request for Quotation (RFQ) 12405B25Q0012 is anticipated to be issued on or around November 22, 2024; quotes will be due on or around January 9, 2025. It is anticipated the requirement will be 100% Total Set-Aside for small business under the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business standard of $19 million.
