THIS 35W HID USES A WIRED REMOTE PAN AND TILT CONTROL. SINGLE MOUNT JOYSTICK OPERATES ON 12VDC,MFG: GOLIGHT QTY 72 EACH All material shipped to all USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center locations must be accompanied by an itemized packing list securely attached to the outside of the package. All packages and packing lists shall cite the Purchase Order Number (when issued after award), vendor name, item part number, with the package in such a manner as to provide identification. Material shall be packed for shipment in such a manner as to afford adequate protection to the item against corrosion, deterioration, and physical damage during shipment. Material shall be bar coded IAW Coast Guard instructions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 71 (DEC 13), and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 335129 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500. This synopsis/solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 6.203-1 and HSAM 3006.302-1 The resultant purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. It is the Government's belief that only GO LIGHT and/or their authorized distributors possess the necessary technical and engineering data to successfully manufacture these item(s). EVALUATION: Award shall be made without discussions unless the Contracting Officer determines discussions are necessary. Quotations received in response to this synopsis/solicitation shall be evaluated on a best value, price and price-related factors. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with SAM (System of Award Management) and shall provide the company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their offer.
