This is a SOURCES SOUGHT Notice to determine the capabilities of both small AND large business firms. Qualified companies, regardless of their size or socio-economic status, are encouraged to respond. Two or more small business firms capable of performing this work may help to guide the acquisition strategy and influence potential set-aside. Businesses are strongly encouraged to review this SOURCES SOUGHT and to submit according to the directions in this notice.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement for this requirement. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Project Description:

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is requesting maintenance and repair services on the Sebewaing North Bank. The project will require the following actions: Sinkhole repairs to include digging to the source of the sinkhole/toe of the wall, installing a grout bag for prevention of future fill loss, filling the area to the surrounding grade with appositely sized coarse fill, and covering with soil and grass. Concrete skirt maintenance to include removing the skirt, filling the void with appropriate material, and re-installing the concrete skirt/grouting with a proper seal against the connecting steel sheet pile wall.
