Secondary Plan for Walkerton Settlement Area

The Municipality of Brockton is seeking a Registered Professional Planning Consultant to develop a Secondary Plan for lands designated as Settlement Expansion Area A within the Walkerton Community Official Plan. The project involves identifying natural hazard constraints, conducting a desktop archaeological potential review, and establishing preliminary concepts for stormwater management and infrastructure based on the Master Servicing Plan. The contract is considered complete upon the adoption of the Secondary Plan, with a final project completion deadline of January 31, 2028.
