The United States Coast Guard Sector New Orleans is accepting quotes from qualified vendors for Elevator services.

Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Statement of Work (SOW) to become familiar with the required work, and it is highly recommended to visit the location to become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. All work must be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work.

The period of performance for this contract is a one-year base period with four one-year (12 month) option periods as follows:

Evaluation will consider the relevance, quality, and timeliness of prior work as demonstrated through submitted references and independent government sources. Offerors with no relevant past performance will receive a neutral rating. Past performance will be rated and factored into the overall evaluation as specified in the solicitation. Offerors, if they wish, can also provide information on problems encountered on the identified contracts and the offeror’s corrective actions. The Government shall consider this information, as well as information obtained from any other sources, when evaluating the offeror’s past performance. The source selection authority shall determine the relevance of similar past performance information.
