FEMA Region 2 anticipates a requirement for the purchase, site preparation, delivery, and installation of a turnkey modular Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) to support secure mission-essential operations. The modular SCIF (40'x16') shall be designed, engineered, manufactured, delivered, and installed in accordance with applicable ICD/ICS 705 requirements and related federal standards. The requirement includes a modular unit not to exceed approximately 800 square feet, with space for workstations, a conference area, secure video teleconferencing support, IT/server rack space, electrical, HVAC, cabling, fire/life safety, access control, intrusion detection preparation/installation, interior finishes, furnishings, delivery, installation, and associated documentation. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, site preparation, installation, testing, documentation, and warranty support necessary to deliver a complete, accreditable modular SCIF solution.
