Le mandat consiste principalement à fournir un service d’inspection télévisée des conduites, à titre d’assistance technique, afin de soutenir les équipes spécialisées mandatées par la Ville pour les travaux de nettoyage des réseaux de conduites, ces travaux de nettoyage étant réalisés par un autre fournisseur. Les travaux décrits dans le présent contrat seront réalisés au lieu d’enfouissement de la Ville de Québec (LEVQ) constitué de trois secteurs : LET (Lieu d’enfouissement technique), secteur Saint-Joachim, LES (Lieu d’enfouissement sanitaire), secteur Saint-Tite-des-Caps et STEU (Station de traitement des eaux de lixiviation). L'entrée du LEVQ est située au 50, route 138, à Saint-Tite-des-Caps, Québec. Ces travaux s’inscrivent dans le cadre de l’entretien préventif exigé dans les certificats d’autorisations émis par le ministère de l’Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs (MELCCFP) et destinés à la gestion efficace et la bonne opération des ouvrages du lieu d’enfouissement de la Ville, à une bonne circulation hydraulique des eaux de lixiviation et à s’assurer de la protection de l’environnement.
