Approximately 75,000 barrels of storage is required with a minimum of two tanks interconnected and isolated from other facilities and products handled within the tank farm. The contractor is also required to load the product for transportation via ocean tanker, rail car, tank trucks, and inter-modal containers. The solicitation will be issued in mid-October 2013 and the Request For Proposal (RFP) closing date will be on or about December, 2, 2013. This procurement will be a full and open competition.
