Dans ce cadre, l’ORGANISME PUBLIC souhaite entreprendre la conception du premier pavillon du quartier universitaire, lequel constitue la première étape concrète de la mise en œuvre du projet et devra s’inscrire dans une vision globale d’aménagement.
