Ce développement a pour objectif d’améliorer l’accessibilité aux études supérieures, de soutenir la croissance démographique et de contribuer au développement social, économique et scientifique du territoire, tout en s’intégrant harmonieusement à son environnement urbain. Dans ce cadre, l’ORGANISME PUBLIC souhaite entreprendre la conception du premier pavillon du quartier universitaire, lequel constitue la première étape concrète de la mise en œuvre du projet et devra s’inscrire dans une vision globale d’aménagement. Le présent appel d’offres vise donc à retenir les services d’une firme d’ingénierie chargée de l’ensemble des services professionnels requis. Il est prévu que le mandat débute à l’été 2026.
