Les services incluent, entre autres, la réalisation des plans et devis, assister la Ville lors du processus d’appel d’offres ainsi que la surveillance des travaux. Seules sont admises à soumissionner les firmes professionnelles rencontrant les conditions d’admissibilité dûment prévues aux documents d’appels d’offres. Modalité de réception : Toute offre doit être déposée avant le mercredi 27 mai 2026 à 10 h, soit dans deux (2) enveloppes différentes cachetées et identifiées aux nom et numéro de l’appel d’offres au Greffe de la Ville d’Alma, au 2ième étage de l’édifice hôtel de ville, situé au 140, rue Saint-Joseph Sud, Alma ou par voie électronique par l’intermédiaire du SEAO.
