Le soumissionnaire qui se verra octroyer le contrat devra respecter les exigences décrites aux documents d’appel d’offres ainsi qu’à la politique de gestion contractuelle de la MRC. Les documents d’appel d’offres seront disponibles dès le 17 novembre 2025 sur le système électronique d’appels d’offres du Gouvernement du Québec (SÉAO).
