Services to Support Training Development

This contract, issued under solicitation number 15F06726Q0000295 by the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Redstone Arsenal office under the Department of Justice, seeks services to support the development and delivery of training programs focused on clandestine laboratory safety, explosive precursor chemicals, hazardous material investigations, and broader CBRNE threat mitigation. The contract is structured as a hybrid firm fixed price and cost reimbursable arrangement with a base year running from August 22, 2026, to August 21, 2027, followed by four additional one-year options and a final six-month option period extending through February 21, 2032. Performance is primarily tied to training events conducted across FBI and DOJ facilities in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, Florence, Alabama, and various FBI field office locations, with any work at the contractor’s facility requiring prior government authorization.
