This synopsis is to inform that NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 awarded a sole source, single award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), fixed-price (FP) with economic price adjustment (EPA) provisions type contract supplies and third party logistics (3PL) support services required by NAVSUP FLCN in support of the Norfolk Super SERVMART to Mancon, LLC of Virginia Beach, VA on 04 May 2021. The procurement was acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)subpart 6.3, Other Than Full and Open Competition; FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation; and FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts. The contract action includes one (1) two-month ordering period that commenced on 04 May 2021 and two (2) one-month option periods extending ordering period to 03 September 2021, if exercised.
