Hernando County's system is standardized to four approved pump brands: Ebara, Homa, Barnes, and Flygt. Alternate pump brands will not be accepted. All pumps shall be suitable for continuous-duty operation in commercial and industrial applications. The Vendor/Contractor is responsible for updating any pump model numbers that have changed. The pricing proposal shall outline the various sizes of equipment required to achieve the specified flow rate, as determined by the applicable pump curve. The Vendor/Contractor shall maintain a fully equipped, in-house repair facility capable of performing all warranty repairs.
