Sewer Relining

The City of Meriden DPU Sewer Division is soliciting proposals under RFP027-21 for a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance, lining, and re-lining services for the city's sewer mains and manholes. The selected partner must be capable of meeting all functional requirements and scaling for future enhancements while ensuring uninterrupted service to residents. To qualify, firms must demonstrate significant experience by having lined over 3,000,000 feet of pipe, including at least 250,000 feet of pipe with a diameter of 24 inches or larger. Additionally, the successful contractor must self-perform 100 percent of the work. Proposals are due by October 1, 2026, and inquiries should be directed to Denise Olivo.
