The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain Proposals from qualified contractors interested in partnering with COM by providing our State Fire Marshal (SFM) Division with a web-based .Net LIMS system that has comparable functionality found in our current Client/Server LIMS system. This RFP is requesting both ongoing maintenance and support, as well as additional development and enhancements to increase the functionality of the system, and to improve the user interface for internal and external users.
