Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group, Patuxent River, MD, hereby gives notice of intent to award a purchase order to PARPAS AMERICA CORPORATION (Cage Code: 6G0H4), on a sole source basis in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12.102, Restricting competition.
