See attachments for Statement of  Work Statement (SOW) for description of requirement. The intent is to solicit this requirement as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. This posting is a Pre-solicitation Notice for the purpose of market research of an upcoming requirement. This is not a solicitation. However, this requirement is intended to be solicited this Fiscal Year.
