Silverado Resort and Spa Project

The Silverado Resort and Spa Project, identified by solicitation number P24-00141-MM, involves a minor modification to an existing Use Permit for the property located at 1600 Atlas Peak Rd, Napa, California. The scope of work includes the construction of a 9,308 square foot event pavilion and a 1,750 square foot event lounge. A key component of the project is a requested exception to the Napa County Road and Street Standards, which would allow the emergency vehicle access road and firetruck turnaround to be situated more than 50 feet from the event lounge. The project is managed by the Napa County Planning, Building, and Environmental Services department and must comply with the final conditions of approval revised by the Napa County Planning Commission on November 5, 2025.
