The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Wallen Communications, LLC. 9013 E Old Vail Rd Tucson, AZ 85747, for a site lease. Wallen Communications, LLC. is the owner/operator of this specific site; therefore, the ONLY source able to negotiate a contract with. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. The Class Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition form is attached with this notice. The Government will utilize FAR Part 12.
