Pre-solicitation Notice: LT04 Tape Drive: This proposed contract action is for IT Telecommunication Services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This requirement being sole source to Thales Communications, Incin Clarksburg, MD. USDA has a requirement for Six Slot Li0ion Battery Chargery. Information received is for the purposes of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. This is a requirement for the USDA, APHIS, MRPBS-IT section located in Riverdale, Maryland. .Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
