NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD The US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) at the Pentagon, on behalf of The Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost & Economics (ODASA-CE)), and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, intends to award a purch ase order to procure a 12-months software license renewal, training and consulting services to support several costing organization in the Army. REQUIREMENTS: This requirement is to obtain renewal of the current ODASA CE Site license, training , and consulting support and expand this effort to support all costing organizations in the Army. As part of the mission, The Office of the Deputy Assist ant Secretary of the Army for Cost & Economics (ODASA-CE) is responsible for developing defendable independent software cost estimates based on historical data for Major Defense Acquisition Programs. Quantitative Software Management (QSM), Inc. owns the source code for all QSM programs and is therefore the only authorized supplier of technical support services for the QSM applications and site licenses already purchased.
