The NYS Office of Mental Health and Saint Lawrence Psychiatric Center are seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, coordination, testing, startup, and incidentals necessary to complete heating system decentralization improvements at multiple buildings located at our St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center located at 1 Chimney Point Dr, Ogdensburg, NY 13669. A Mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than October 12, 2026, by 3:00 PM ET. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Wednesday, October 19, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on or by October 23, 2026. Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on November 4, 2026, by 3:00 PM ET. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates.
