The Brazos River Authority (BRA) will be accepting sealed Bids from contractors to furnish all labor and equipment necessary for the Transport of Municipal wastewater treatment plant sludge from the Doshier Farm Wastewater Treatment Plant (DF) located at 2515 East Ave. H, Temple, TX 76501 to the City of Temple landfill, located at 706 Landfill Rd, Temple, Texas 76501. All sludge will be transported to and disposed of at a Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) permitted Refuse Disposal Facility.Contractor shall be registered with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for hauling of sludge within the State of Texas.
