Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County (“District”) is requesting information to better understand the capabilities, delivery models, and market offerings of instructional design firms that can support enterprise-scale training and change initiatives. Following completion of this Request for Information (RFI), the District may invite vendors to provide demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and features of their system. Should the District determine to proceed with a solicitation based on the responses to this Request for Information (RFI), a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be developed and subsequently issued and managed in accordance with District purchasing policies and procedures. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFI must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com by the date noted in Tentative Schedule. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via Public Purchase.
