Prairie Valley School Division No. 208 (PVSD) is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide snow plowing services at thirty (30) PVSD locations on both a seasonal and as-needed basis. The initial contract term will be three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional terms of three (3) years each, subject to satisfactory performance and PVSD’s operational requirements. PVSD spans approximately 27,000 square kilometres across southeast Saskatchewan and operates 41 facilities, including 39 schools, two bus garages, and a central education centre. Reliable snow removal is essential to ensuring safe
PVSD will not permit subcontracting of any portion of the snow-plowing services under this Request for Proposals.The Successful Proponent(s) must perform all required work using its own employees, equipment, and operational resources.Proponents must also be able to demonstrate that they have sufficient local operational capacity to service all assigned rural locations reliably and within required response times.
