DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HX590818_84572 – Snow Removal and Ice Control, Windsor and Area, CFB Halifax, NS
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment required for snow removal and ice control of various areas at CFB Halifax, Nova Scotia, including Newport Corner, Windsor Armoury, and Falls Lake Cottages and Campground.
NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
The estimated value for the initial term of this opportunity is in the order of $286,032.00, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods at an estimated value of $286,032.00 per year for a total estimated value of $858,096.00.
This contract will be in place from Nov 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026. We understand that if mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this Contract may be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods from Nov 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, and then one (1) additional one year period from Nov 1, 2027, to April 30, 2028, under the same terms and conditions.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.
