Sealed bids will be received by the City of Social Circle for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the construction of six (6) new pickle ball courts on Annie P Henderson Drive.
LUMP SUM BIDS should be submitted to Social Circle no later than 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Submit bids via email to Natalie Pifer, contact@example.gov. Any bids received after said time and date will not be considered by the City of Social Circle. All bids will be evaluated by the city and the project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 45 days of the bid due date. Copies of documents and plans can be obtain by email request to Natalie Pifer at contact@example.gov. Only digital version available. Questions regarding this request for bids should be emailed directly to Natalie Pifer at contact@example.gov no later than 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 26, 2024. The successful contractor must provide proof of workers compensation and liability insurance with the Social Circle named as additional insured. Social Circle reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City.
